To activate, simply eliminate the sweat, body oils and other nasties on your hands with water and soap. Shake the bottle well. Evenly rub a 5 cent-size amount of solution to your hands and spread evenly – don’t forget your fingertips and palms. Shake your hands and let them air dry for up to 25 seconds. And just like that, you’re gripped up and ready to go!
To remove, simply wash your hands with soap and warm water when you’re done.

This means was specially developed to prevent hands sweating and provide maximum grip onto a pole or other sports equipment. High-quality, creamy liquid chalk from Sticky Molly perfectly dries your palms and also makes your hands clinging. It gives additional confidence in performing complex tricks even to beginners.
How to use: Wash hands with soap and  wipe them dry. Apply a few drops onto the palms and rub your hands. Wait 10 seconds. Now the pole will stop being slippery, and your hands will cling to it! Get started with your trainings!
