Shipping policy

All orders made before 10am will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 10am will be dispatched the next day. If you order a custom mug or candle your order will be dispatched in 48/72 hours due these items being handmade. 

International Orders

All international orders are dispatched via royal mail. For countries outside of the UK, Customs Duty may be payable on your order - this is based on the value of your order and the Duty Threshold in your country of residence. We have no control over the Duty total and payment is the responsibility of the customer.
