How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

All orders are processed within one working day, and posted. Any orders placed on the weekend will be posted out Monday morning.

How will my order be posted?

All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail recorded delivery or Evri depending on what you choose.

What do i do if i don't receive my order

If your parcel has exceeded the delivery aim and there has been no update on the tracking portal for your chosen delivery courier, please contact us within 7 working days at enquiries@polesoul.co.uk

What are the care instruction for my new pole wear?

To keep your pole wear looking at it's best, make sure you follow the care instructions. You will find these on the label/or in the product description.

What methods of pay do you accept?

We accept payments made card or paypal.

Can i use more than one promo code on my order?

Unfortunately you can only use one promo code per order.

Where is my order dispatched from?

All orders are dispatched from our property in London, England.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aimed to dispatch all deliveries placed before 10am GMT Monday - Friday on the same day. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the following day.

If your order is placed at the weekend we will do our best to dispatch it the same day although this cannot always be guaranteed.
All orders placed at www.polesoul.co.uk are dispatched from London United Kingdom.

Custom and import fees

If you order products from our site from outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
